Ultina is developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. The project locates at Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin; it comprises of 7 residential buildings and 7 individual houses. Our company has taken part in the design, supply and installation of the external stone cladding for the podium area. With the minimal modern design, companies by the unique material ‘Ouro’ granite originated from Brazil producing a new insight of luxurious living.
